This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Service Disabled Veteran-Owned & VOSB firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333924.The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following: Bucket Tractor Item#T4.75-NEW HOLLAND TRACTOR T4.75, 75 ENGINE, HP, PLATFORM WITH FOLDABLE ROPS, 12 X 12 POWER SHUTTLE TRANSMISSION, 4WD, FRONT MOUNTED QUICK ATTACH LOADER WITH BUCKET PHYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1) 3 cylinder 32.2hp diesel engine or equivalent 2) 3 range hydrostatic transmission 3) Wet disc brakes, independent 540 rpm rear PTO, category I three point hitch 4) hydrostatic power steering 5) 25x8.50-14 6pr R4 front tires, 25 x 16.00 20 R4 rear tires 6) Front end loader with 1,500 lb lift capacity 91.5 dump height & 68 inch bucket WARRANTY: Prospective vendors shall be able to provide direct manufacturer support and shall directly issue a manufacturer's limited factor warranty of the government, Should cover (3) three years parts & Labor, excluding Batteries & Tires Vendor shall provide a cut sheet(s), schematic(s), diagram(s), or similar clearly indicating articulated boom lift features. CODES: Vendor shall comply with accepted manufacturer process, as well as current Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Labor Department, and New York codes, laws and regulations as applicable. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333924 (Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing).
