- ***Amendment 2/16/2016 This RFI announcement is extended one day to account for the Presidents' Day holiday. Reponses are now due by 4:00pm ET on 2/20/2018. End 2/16/2016 Amendment*** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protection is interested in identifying vendors that can provide Handheld X-ray Scanners to support the Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) program. The anticipated requirements are outlined in the attached RFI documents. Vendors are requested to return their responses by February 19, 2018 at 4:00pm ET. Any questions should be submitted by February 12, 2018 at 4:00pm ET. Questions regarding this announcement must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the contract specialist, nathan.p.briggs@cbp.dhs.gov.
