- 3rd Qtr Dry Goods Subsistence The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Forrest City, Arkansas, will issue a solicitation to obtain Food Subsistence Products. The solicitation will be for the 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2018. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. FOB Destination and delivery dates will be between April 1- 14, 2018. Deliveries made after April 14th must have approval from the Food Service Administrator. Deliveries will not be accepted before April 1st. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1301 Dale Bumpers Road, Forrest City, Arkansas 72335. Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL VENDORS - Must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 15, 2018, and all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Quotes will be due by Wednesday, March 2, 2018, by 12:00 pm Central Time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
