- Attachment 1 - Bar Tag Solicitation Solicitation Notice - W912ES-18-T-0039 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District Office, has a requirement to repair one Liebherr R946 LC excavator quick coupler. All supplied parts shall be Liebherr original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. All work shall be performed by a Liebherr (OEM) certified Repair Facility or by Liebherr certified technicians. Total cost shall include pickup and return delivery, removal and installation from/to excavator, all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, parts, and environmental fees necessary to complete the repair. The quick coupler shall be fully assembled, repaired, and complete with all components to make it fully operational. Pickup and delivery and final acceptance will be at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Government facility, Lock & Dam #7, located at 33081 HWY 61, La Crescent, MN. No CD's or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking fbo.gov for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM, have an active account, and have completed the Representations & Certification sections (FAR and DFARS) prior to receiving an award. Initial registration may take up to 4 weeks. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
