Description

This is a notice of intent to award a contract modification using Other than Full and Open Competition. This is not a request for proposals (RFP) or quotations. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to modify HQ0147-14-C-0011 to award a sole-source contract modification to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control (LMMFC) to procure and install the necessary parts to build, integrate, test, evaluate, document and deliver additional Missile Round Pallets-Transportable (MRP-T), Associates Spares and associated Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) to support U.S. Army requirements during the 2 nd Quarter of the Government Fiscal Year. If responsible sources believe they can perform components of the requirements please contact Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control for subcontracting opportunities. An acquisition strategy has been approved to solicit and negotiate with LMMFC under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
