- PR: 0072099055, ISSUE DATE: 5 MARCH 2018; CLOSING DATE: 4 APRIL 2018. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 4, National Stock Number (NSN) 1680 016211644. Approved source(s): 1 G item - IAW drawing This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside, using Full and Open Competition, after Exclusion of Sources. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Production delivery is 196 Days ARO. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to Export-control regulations. This is a critical application item. Contractor first article/preproduction approval testing required. First article testing shall be conducted IAW applicable drawings and drawing notes, specification, engineering instructions and specific requirements set forth in the contract. Additionally, 100% dimensional characteristics check shall be performed and results provided to the contracting officer. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation. The solicitation issue date is 5 March 2018, closing 4 April 2018.
