- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source and is not a request for competitive proposals. The authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to ACF Technologies, Inc. Asheville, NC. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source is due to ACF Technologies, Inc. being the sole distributor of the Q-Flow products, services, and maintenance, which are proprietary. Therefore, no other company can provide and support these products. This product suite, including all templates, interfaces and peripherals with vendor certified support and maintenance can only be purchased, supported and upgraded by ACF Technologies, Inc., and no other entity can sell, support or upgrade these products without written authorization, agreement and /or consent from ACF Technologies. This requirement is for hardware, software licenses, and maintenance to implement a Patient Workflow Management System (PWMS) in the primary care clinics working under the scope of Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This solution for a workflow management system is to assist the patients, nurses, and providers in the patient care delivery process. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by February 19, 2018 at 4:00pm Est. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC - Fort Gordon will not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email Symone Collins with responses or questions regarding this requirement at symone.y.collins.civ@mail.mil. This notice will close at 4:00pm Est. on February 19, 2018.
