- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION: RFQ 140P6218Q0014 REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR ONE (1) BASE YEAR PLUS FOUR (4) ONE-YEAR OPTIONS AVAILABLE. Provide, Deliver and Dispense E-85 FLEX FUEL to Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas as described in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and its Attachments. Based on Hot Springs National Park's prior years' E-85 flex fuel purchasing data, average annual gallonage utilized by Hot Springs is approximately 3,500 gallons. The Government offers no guarantee that annual quantities will be similar, or that needed annual quantities will meet or exceed 3,500 gallons. The tank into which fuel is to be dispensed is a 500-gallon aboveground Convault tank, and is located at 631 Whittington Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Documents included with this RFQ and posted with this PreSolicitation Notice are: - Combined Synopsis and Solicitation; consisting of 2 pages - Attachment 1 - Description and Specifications; consisting of 4 pages - Attachment 2 - Vendor's Price Schedule; consisting of 4 pages - Attachment 3 - Technical and Financial Capability Statement; consisting of 3 pages - Attachment 4 - Instructions for Submission of Quotation; consisting of 3 pages - Attachment 5 - Clauses and Provisions; consisting of 28 pages TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a Supply Requirements contract and is expected to be awarded in late March 2018. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract(s) shall be for a BASE period of one year from the date of award, with four (4) one-year OPTIONS available. Options are not guaranteed and shall be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this solicitation is 324110. SET ASIDE: This is a Total Small Business set-aside opportunity. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 1,500 employees. NONMANUFACTURER RULE: The nonmanufacturer rule DOES NOT APPLY to this procurement; therefore, quotes submitted by small business nonmanufacturers will be considered. SITE VISIT: There are NO site visits scheduled for this solicitation; however, potential quoters are welcomed and encouraged to visit the location where the fuels are to be delivered.
