Description

This is an acquisition to create a single award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for mail meter postage rental and purchase with maintenance and support services for Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals in the states of: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, material, and equipment to perform all requirements under the statement of work. See attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, 36C26018Q0082. This action will be acquired under NAICS: 532420, Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. Size Standard $32.5 million and is set-aside for small businesses with tiered evaluations, first for service-disabled, then veteran owned small businesses, and then other small businesses. Requirements for set-aside are delineated specifically under Section E, basis of award in the RFQ.
