Description

The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center requires emergency provisioning of hot-water and heat to the current and future patients utilizing our campus Domiciliary Care Center also known as building 102. The procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 will be implemented for this requirement; as an urgent and compelling installation and rental of one, generator and one, boiler. Failure to provide these services curtails outreach and endangers our vulnerable veteran population. Any delay severely damages the VA s ability to serve those veterans in need. The source is Tampa Bay Systems Sales, Inc., 902 N Himes Ave., Tampa FL 33609. In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii) this notice makes available the justification for this action.
