Description

Intent to Sole Source The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, VA, intends to negotiate and procure commodities and services on a sole source basis for the following Bed rentals from Hill-Rom Inc. P0800010019 CLINITRON RITEHITE C-8 ASSY P0801A03 CLINITRON R-H PH BRACKET UNIT P1900NRENT01 TOTALCARE CONNECT SPORT+ W/MCM P0819A ENVELLA BED P0821A ENVELLA BED W/TRAPEZE This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any vendor that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by February 15, 2017 3:00pm (EST). Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist via e-mail at Michael.garretto@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
