Description
RFQ Documentation INTENT The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the training curriculum and training services for various Trauma Team Member (TTM) courses which will include, but are not limited to: TTM Certification Training, TTM Refresher Course, TTM Overview for Executive Leadership, and TTM for Special Response Teams described herein. The anticipated length of the BPA will be five years. A BPA Call Order will be issued against the BPA on an as needed basis. At a minimum each BPA Call order placed against the BPA will include the following information:  Which training(s) are required;  Time and place of performance INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Quotes submitted in response to the RFQ shall include:  A copy of the Standard Form 18 (SF-18) Request for Quotation and any subsequent Standard Form 30s shall be signed by any authorized representative of the offeror.  Information necessary to evaluate the offerors capabilities to perform in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW).  Three references as identified in the attached Statement of Work. Offerors shall include the reference name, agency name, address, and phone number as well as a description of the services performed. Offerors shall note that references provided in response to this RFQ may be contacted to verify information provided.  Current rates and the next calendar year rates for the cost of each training day. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to Contract Support Specialist Teresa Roshau-Delgado teresa.a.roshau-delgado@usdoj.gov no later than 11:00 AM EST, 16 Feb 2018. If necessary, an amendment with answers to questions will be issued as an amendment to this RFQ. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES Quotes must be received by the DEA Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management no later than 5:00 PM EST, 27 Feb 2018. Please be advised that late proposals will not be accepted.  Each offeror is requested to submit one quote via email to the individual(s) listed below. Ensure the subject of the email clearly states: o Response to: RFQ-15DDHQ18Q00000042 Employee Assistance Program (ADEA)Trauma Training  Ensure in the body of the email, includes: o Point of Contact (POC) (name, email, and phone number) for the submitted Quote.
