- The NAVSEA Service Contracts, Nuclear Contracting Branch, Norfolk Navy Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, in which this equipment will be used at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing. This requirement will be procured unrestricted. The contract line item (CLINs) is as follows. CLIN 0001 (36) each, Aquaseal Zipper #10, See Attachment "A" for detailed line item description. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Item. The solicitation number is N4215818QE022 and it is expected to be posted on or about 13 February 2018 and posted in fedbizopps, https://www.fbo.gov/. Quotes will be due by 11:00 am EST on 22 February 2018 and may be emailed to the attention of Ellee Temple @ email brenda.e.temple@navy.mil. Please make sure that the solicitation number (N4215818QE022) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues. Vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.fbo.gov (Federal Business Opportunities).
