- Sources Sought Number: 18-00612, Digit-Trax Zebra ZT410 Label Printer for use and proper interoperability with Mediware HCLL TM and LifeTrak TM Notice Type: Sources Sought 1. Synopsis This sources sought, in accordance with FAR 10, is to conduct Market Research on Industry's Capabilities in providing Digit-Trax Zebra ZT410 Label Printer for use and proper interoperability with Mediware HCLL TM and LifeTrak TM. Other brands of Label Printers or Digit-Trax Zebra ZT410 Label Printer not setup for use and proper interoperability with Mediware HCLL TM and LifeTrak TM will not be considered for this requirement. 2. Scope This is a requirement to procure Digit-Trax Zebra ZT410 Label Printer for use and proper interoperability with Mediware HCLL TM and LifeTrak TM. 2.1. The contractor shall not perform any inherently governmental functions under the resultant contract. 3. NAICS Code The NAICS Code for this action is 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing. 4. How to Respond This is a Sources Sought ONLY and all interested and capable offerors are encouraged to respond. It is not a request for competitive proposals. It is issued solely for Information and Planning Purposes - It does NOT constitute a Solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate Acquisition Approach. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Should your firm desire to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate the Offeror's commensurate experience, capacity to meet the scale/complexity of the proposed requirement and relevant expertise to provide the services on equipment identified in the attached equipment list within the time frame required and without substantial duplication of cost to the Government. The response shall include business size, ability to deliver the required Digit-Trax Zebra ZT410 Label Printer for use and proper interoperability with Mediware HCLL TM and LifeTrak TM, and any other information indicating a legitimate ability to meet these specific requirements. Response should not exceed 5 pages in length. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought are at the responders own expense. The formal closing date for this Sources Sought is 1600 (4:00 pm CST) Central Standard Time (San Antonio, TX local time) on Friday 16 February 2018.
