Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Department of Veteran s Affairs, NCO 19, to obtain Linen Laundry services for the VA Montana Health Care System, Billings Health Care Center, Billings, MT. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veteran Affairs (DOVA) regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be 01 Apr 2018 with a base year and 4 one year Government options. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 812332 and size standard of $38.5M. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on approximately 23 Feb 2018.    No paper copies will be issued. Award will be made based on the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable offer. The contractor's proposal shall include a price section, a past-performance section, and a technical section, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. If the Government decides to award with discussions, you will be notified as soon as possible, and asked to provide additional information. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
