Description
Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to repair, upgrade and test the 15 Elevators at 15 separate Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. The MAFs are located in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado. All sites are within 150 miles of F.E. Warren AFB. The contracted employees will each need to be eligible to obtain and pass an Entry Authorization Letter (EAL) process. In this process, the F.E. Warren AFB personnel will do a security/criminal background check on each employee requesting access to the sites. Each of the 15 sites has a highly secure Missile Alert Facility (MAF) building the contractor will need to process through prior to working on the elevators. During the entire duration that the contract employees are on site, they will be escorted and observed by government personnel. Before going to work on the elevators, the contract employees will go through more security checks. Cell phones or electronic devices of any type are not allowed in these secure areas. The Contractor takes total service responsibility for the equipment identified in this SOW. The SOW is added as an attachment. There are attachments to the SOW that provide drawings of the equipment that are sensitive in nature. If you are unable to open these documents please send an e-mail to the primary point of contact, and they will be delivered in a secure manner. Documents may only be used by the requesting contractor and cannot be shared with members outside of your organization.
