The solicitation constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The reference number is 70LART18QPFB00010 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (FRQ) unless otherwise indicated herein. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
