Description

THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO THE PRESOLITATION NOTICE Project 626-17-507 Prepare Site for NC530c Nuclear Medicine Imaging, Building 1 The purpose of this presolicitation modification is to change the evaluation procedures of all offeror received. In lieu of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.3 Two Phase Design Build Selection Procedures, FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be utilized due to the minimal amount of design services that are required. A site visit is anticipated to be held approximately ten calendar days from the official solicitation release date. The exact date of the site visit will be identified in the Standard Form 1442 solicitation document. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website www.fbo.gov on or about February 14, 2018.
