- 17 ft. Outboard Powered Fiberglass Enclosed Cabin Pilothouse Boat The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and delivery of one (1) 17' fiberglass vessel to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District. Hull must be manufactured in accordance with USCG, NMMA and ABYC guidelines. NOTE: In the event of a Government Shutdown, to be considered responsive and eligible for an award, quotes shall include Mr. Bruce A. Helms at bruce.a.helms@usace.army.mil on the submission email.
