Whether your atherectomy goal is to maximize luminal gain, create in-line flow, target eccentric or circumferential disease. ONE DEVICE FOR ABOVE & BELOW THE KNEE Now available in 6F, the HawkOne device is the newest addition to Medtronic s directional atherectomy portfolio, which restores blood flow by removing plaque from blocked arteries in the lower extremities. The design enhancements of the HawkOne platform plus the new 6F size simplify device selection for physicians who treat above and below the knee. TREAT ALL MORPHOLOGIES The HawkOne device allows physicians to treat all morphologies, including severe calcium. The directional cutting design is consistent and predictable, with no increase in cut depth Device pushability and torqueability offers control through challenging lesions TREAT WITH PROCEDURAL EFFICIENCY Cleaning time is faster with preloaded distal flush tool No capital equipment provides easy set up Turbo Hawk: The TurboHawk plaque excision system treats peripheral arterial disease (PAD) by removing plaque from blocked arteries. The TurboHawk device is available in a High Efficiency (HE) Cutter to tackle the toughest lesion morphologies, including calcium,* and a Smooth Cutter to treat mild to moderately calcified lesions. Now you can treat PAD with technology that maximizes lumen gain, preserves a patient s native vessels, and keeps future treatment options open. Silver Hawk: SilverHawk technology uses a tiny rotating blade that shaves and removes plaque from the vessel lumen, thereby enhancing luminal gain. By removing plaque, the SilverHawk device creates an open channel for adequate blood flow without stretching the vessel. No capital equipment is needed to operate the SilverHawk system so set-up time is minimal. The SilverHawk Plaque Excision System from Covidien treats peripheral arterial disease (PAD) by removing plaque buildup in the arteries of the leg. SilverHawk technology incorporates use of a tiny rotating blade that shaves plaque from the vessel lumen, thereby enhancing luminal gain, and removes plaque from the body. Directional atherectomy with the SilverHawk device enables physicians to maximize lumen gain and minimize barotrauma without leaving any implant behind.
