- SF-1442 page 2 SF-30 page 2 of SF-1442 has been uploaded to FBO. Due date extended to 02/22/2018 at 4:30 pm EST. This project consists of Jury Room Kitchenette Installation at James T. Foley U.S.C.H., 445 Broadway, Albany, New York, 12207. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, management, and supervision per Statement of Work dated August 29, 2017 Estimated Project amount from $25,000 to $100,000 A site visit is scheduled for January 31, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at James T. Foley U.S.C.H. 445 Broadway, Albany NY. All interested contractors is encouraged to attend the site visit and provide accurate proposal. This is the only scheduled site visit for the project. Meeting will take place at 1st Floor. All proposals must be in proper format which is written, detailed and itemized and on proper forms, proposals not in this format will not be accepted. Proposal are due on 02/22/2018 at 4:30 p.m. EST. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov UPDATE: 02/09/2018 The second page of SF-1442 has been uploaded. SF-30 has been uploaded. The due date is extended to 02/22/2018 at 4:30PM EST.
