Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice to obtain off-site Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and other select laboratory testing services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, VA CT and other VA VISN1 Laboratories located in New England, as needed. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a 5 year period of performance to commence on or about 3/1/2018. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted on or about 2/16/2018. The applicable NAICS code is 621511 with a $32.5MIL Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is Q301. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
