Description

This Acquisition is for NSN 4810-01-243-2542, SLEEVE, DIRECTIONAL CONTROL LINEAR VALVE - AIRCRAFT, F-16, MEGGITT (NORTH HOLLYWOOD), INC. 79318 P/N 227758-4. The total quantity required is 72 units, delivery in 360 days. Items are shipping to SW3211 DLA DISTRIBUTION DEPOT OKLAHOMA. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance at destination. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 02/26/18. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
