This is a notice of Sole Source award in accordance with FAR 5.101(a) (1). The award is granted to Clinicomp International, Inc. ( Clinicomp ) for the below contract line items: Intent to award on a sole source basis is supported by FAE 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Cinicomp will use its proprietary information to provide the required software package and support. As Clinicomp does not make available to any third party its proprietary information, Cinicomp is the only source able to provide acceptable item required.
