- Notice To Offeror(s) Line Items The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution in Littleton, Colorado is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation 15B40318Q00000015a, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This solicitation is reserved for small business set-aside. This solicitation will be FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Deliveries may not be accepted prior to April 01, 2018. Deliveries may be rejected after April 30, 2018. All deliveries are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. It is required for the vendor to contact the FCI Food Service Department to schedule ALL deliveries. Quotes will not be accepted if sent to food service staff. ***ALL DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE ACCEPTANCE*** The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal multiple awards by line item. All responsive offerors must respond via email to ENG/Procurement&Prop~@bop.gov with quotes using the attached specification sheet and include a signed 1449 with completed lines 17a., 30a., and 30b. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Payments may be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Offerors are reminded they are required under FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, to complete their representation and certifications in the System for Award Management Database (SAM).
