- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement in a remotely accessible location of the Mother Lode Field Office, for a lightweight Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bridge installation, including abutments. Also part of this project is the installation of a culvert drainage crossing and access route improvements. The Contractor shall provide everything, including but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project. A firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded based on the Request for Proposal (RFP), set-aside is for small businesses, utilizing best value negotiations. There will only be one pre-bid site visit scheduled; interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid walk through of the proposed site to familiarize themselves with site characteristics.
