- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is RFQ15B31818Q00000010-2 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-02-13 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Aliceville, AL 35442 The DOJ BOP Field Offices - FCI ALICEVILLE requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Margarine 5 gram Reddies - 12 lb case 1080 each - Margarine shall comply with all applicable Federal regulations including those contained in the Food and Drug Standard of Identity for Margarine (21 CFR Part 166) and must conform to USDA Specifications for Vegetable Oil Margarine. Margarine shall be made from one or more of the following vegetable oils: canola, safflower, sunflower, com, soybean, or peanut oil. Margarine contains not less than 80% fat., 400, Case; LI 002: Margarine, Bulk, All Vegetable. 30 lb case. Margarine shall comply with all applicable Federal regulations including those contained in the Food and Drug Standard of Identity for Margarine (21 CFR Part 166) and must conform to USDA Specifications for Vegetable Oil Margarine.
