- Page 1 of 1 Notice of Intent to Sole Source 2018 HIMSS Conference Registration FBO Notice: 36E77618Q9135 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society 33 W Monroe St. Ste. 1700 Chicago, IL 60603; to provide registrations for attendees to the 2018 HIMSS Conference. The registration to this event will benefit members of the EHRM team. Information that will be presented will contributre to the VA s large scale work effort to acquire a new EHR system. The 2018 HIMSS Conference registration is a commercial product, and is will be used to benefit VA caregivers, administrators, and interoperatability objectives. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $11,000,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice are due on or before Feb 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM ET by email to William.henkel@va.gov or Anthony.wilson3@va.gov. All responses must include the following information: Company name, cage code, CCR number, Dun & Bradstreet Number, company address, point of contact name, phone number, and E-mail address.
