- This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for professional qualification statements (SF 330s) from qualified firms for architect and engineering (A-E)services to do an assessment and define the scope of work for building foundation stabilization and repairs in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0218Q0071 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541310 - Building Architectural Design Services. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the FedConnect Link below, under "Solicitation 1". All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes contained in this solicitation shall be adhered to. There will be an organized site visit on February 15th at 9:00 AM CT.
