- THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has issued a solicitation for Project Manager Soldier Warrior for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period for Power Scavengers, allowing for scavenging of power from multiple power sources to re-charge the Nett Warrior (NW) Primary Power Source (e.g. Conformal Wearable Battery, BB-2590). Power scavenging capabilities will provide the NW operator the ability to reduce the number of batteries carried and extend operational mission time based on available alternate power sources. The proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The Government intends to procure through Full and Open Competition Procedures under NAICS 335999 (all other miscellaneous electrical equipment and component manufacturing, small business size standard of 500 employees). The on-line version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website on a regular basis for any updates. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available. All proposals must be received by the Government POC named above before 4:30pm EST on 23 January 2017.
