- Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract for the continuation of the general development and hosting of the Risk Tool to CDM Federal Programs Corporation. The contract term will be through 30 September 2018. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Erin Quimby at erin.quimby@navy.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by 3:00 PM ET, 21 February 2018, the contract will be awarded without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, and the SBA size standard is $27.5 million.
