Page 1 of 1 CORRECTION TO WEIGHTS There was an error in the weighting in the Sources Sought Notice. Corrections are indicated below: SF330 Submission Evaluation Criteria: The following evaluation factors will be used when reviewing submitted SF 330 data and will comprise the basis of information to select the top three firms selected for the interview process. The evaluation factors are shown below in descending order of importance (highest importance at the top). Firms submitting SF 330 data for consideration must address each of the following factors in the submitted SF 330: 1. Professional Qualifications of Team. Professional qualifications and disciplines of staff proposed for the satisfactory performance of required services. Weight =20% 2. Specialized Experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction and the use of recovered materials. Weight = 20% 3. Capacity to Accomplish the Work in the Required Time. Weight = 10% 4. Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. Weight = 10% 5. Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project. Weight = 5% 6. Reputation and standing of the firm and its principal officials with respect to professional performance, general management and cooperativeness. Weight = 10% 7. Record of significant claims against the firm because of improper or incomplete architectural and engineering services. Weight = 5% 8. Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project and their record of working together as a team. Weight = 20%
