Description

The Cleveland VA Medical Center (Wade Park Campus) is looking for an experienced vendor that will offer the Environmental Management Service (EMS) a full mat cleaning service, to include picking up the mats throughout the hospital, transporting them to their own facility with the vendors transportations vehicles, clean the mats, dry them and bring the mats back to the hospital and replace them at the same location, wherever they were picked up from. This will be a multi-year contract (Base Year Plus Four Option Years). The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561740. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five-year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about February 5, 2018 as a Request for Quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on March 5, 2018 by 3pm est. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
