Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24418Q0267 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333415 and the and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711, has a Brand Name requirement for the supply of a York YCUL0020 Condenser Unit as outlined in the Solicitation.
