DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American--Balance of Payment Program Certificate Provision Technical Certification Form Schedule of Items table RFQ document The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Columbus, Ohio, DFAS-CO, has a requirement for service and maintenance on a Wide Format Printer (Canon OCE Colorware 650) and Scanner (Canon OCE TCS 500). Please refer to the attached RFQ document for complete details. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. This is for one base year with up to four option years. For your quote to be considered for award you must complete and return the three attached forms: 1) Schedule of Items table 2) Technical Certification Form 3) DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American--Balance of Payments Program Certificate If you do not complete and return these three forms your quote will NOT be considered for award. END
