DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NEWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE (NCO) 16 MICHAEL E. DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25618Q9161 BACKGROUND: The Michael E. DeBakey, Houston VAMC has a requirement for the purchase of Armstrong Auto-Locking Medication Carts listed below, with site specific additions. A total of 25 each Full Size Regular Auto-Locking Carts, 1 each full size Auto-Locking IV Carts, 2 each Full Size Auto-Locking Regional Carts, 2 each Narrow IV Carts and 1 each Narrow Regional Cart. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide, install at the Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, Texas 77030. The Contractor shall provide all necessary training to the designated VA employees on how to use the installed equipment/products after the installation and setup are complete. All equipment shall be brand new, and all work shall be done in a first-class manner. The contract price shall be firm-fixed, all inclusive not limited to specified products/equipment, installation, setup/configuration, and training on how to use the installed products/equipment.
