Synopsis: Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) in White City, OR is requesting the purchase of a 5,000-lb. forklift with a three-stage mast. This requirement is for Brand Name or Equal offerings to Toyota Model 8FGU25. If equal items are offered, then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation and provide descriptive literature for evaluation. This procurement is restricted to SDVOSB. Vendor must be certified in VIP to be considered for the award. All Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
