- This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals to rehabilitate the Barnes Point Water System at the Lake Crescent area, Olympic National Park, WA. This amendment no. 0005 is necessary to extend the response date. (1) The response date is changed from Friday, February 9, 2018 to Friday, February 23, 2018. (2) The Specifications, and Drawings pages C-8 and C-10 have been revised, and will be included as new attachments via Amendment no. 0006, which will be made available between 2/8/18 and 2/13/18, along with additional Q&A received after Amendment no. 0004. Standard Form 30 (SF-30) for this Amendment no. 0005 is incorporated into this solicitation as Attachment no. 17, available in FedConnect. REMINDER HOW TO FIND THE ATTACHMENTS. All attachments can be accessed by clicking the link below which will redirect you to FedConnect. If clicking the link below does not take you directly to the solicitation overview page in FedConnect, but instead takes you to the FedConnect Home Page, then please follow these instructions for how to find the attachments: At the FedConnect home page, click "Search Public Opportunities Only." Next screen, click the underlined text that is the title of the solicitation, shown as "Rehab Barnes Point Water System, OLYM." Next screen is the overview screen. On the right-hand side, is the list of attachments. The attachments must be opened individually, and can be downloaded and saved or printed. REMINDER: PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 4:30pm (PST) ON FEBRUARY 23, 2018, SUBMITTED EITHER ELECTRONICALLY VIA EMAIL TO PHAEDRA_FULLER@NPS.GOV OR ELECTRONICALLY VIA FEDCONNECT. Refer to Section L of the Terms-Conditions, for full details of what to include in proposal. REMINDER ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. Submit questions to Phaedra Fuller, Contracting Officer. Email address is Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Please reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, as "140P8318R0002/QUESTION." Final questions shall be submitted by 3pm (PST) on Friday, February 16, 2018.
