Proposals shall be submitted, per the solicitation, no later than 07 March 2018. The anticipated hybrid contract will have (1) twelve month base period of performance and (4) optional twelve month period of performance. The anticipated contract will contain Cost, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS). Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with the Solicitation. Questions related to the Request for Proposals must be received no later than 20 February 2018. The Government will conduct a Preproposal Conference at the National Training Center, Operations Group Headquarters Building #990 on 22 and 23 February 2018. The Conference will start at 0900 on 22 February 2018. Please contact the assigned Contract Specialist by email to receive and submit registration information. All Contractors who wish to attend the Preproposal Conference must register no later than 16 February 2018. Contractors with unrestricted base access are required to register to ensure an adequate facility is reserved. Contractors are requested to arrive at 0800 if they require a badge. The Government must check security clearances and prepare badges for all individuals who will attend the tour of the facilities. Contractors not requesting a tour may arrive any time prior to the 0900 start time. The conference agenda and site information will be sent to contractors that register in advance as well as available at the door on the day of the conference. The Government will post the Preproposal Conference Slides, attendance roster, and the solicitation questions and answers on or about 27 February 2018.
