MCDERMOTT 1. TB5LED-MAST-24-P-DH-30FT (Double Head Mast Light). 2. TB2D-PORT-24-P-DH-30FT (Double Head Port Light). 3. TB2D-STAR-24-P-DH-30FT (Double Head Starboard Light). 4. TB2D-STERN-24-P-DH-30FT (Double Head Stern Light). 5. TB3-78-AMBER-24-P-30FT (All Around 3 Mile Amber Light). 6. TB3-78-RED-24-P-30FT (All Around 3 mile Red Light). 7. TB3-78-WHITE-24-P-30FT (All Around 3 Mile White Light). 8. TB3D-PORT-24-P-DH-30FT (Double Head Port Light). 9. TB3D-STAR-24-P-DH-30FT (Double Head Starboard Light). 10. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST XXXX will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
