Description

***This is strictly sources sought for market research. This is not an RFQ. Request is for the lease, with option years at the convenience of the government, of 15 water based parts washers. Washer must be capable of removing grease, oil, and grime with minimal brushing utilizing pressurized water based cleaner and air. Parts washer must be fully enclosed with integrated rubber gloves, a clear window for viewing the item to be cleaned with a large enough enclosed work space to clean larger items such as gears, differentials and pistons. Services for the (15) machines will start one month after delivery, approximately 15FEB2018 with option years, at the convenience of the government, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 and FAR 52.217-9. Service will occur at the locations on the attached spreadsheet titled "Non-Solvent list". Service will include cleaning the machine, refilling cleaner and removal of used parts and waste. Service will be done on an as needed on-call basis at minimum. Each of these machines will be placed throughout the state of Florida, from Miami to Pensacola. Please advise if you are able to fulfill this requirment.
