Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Iowa City: Cedar Rapids Delineated Area: South of Highway 100, East of Highway 9/Covington Rd, Stoney Point Rd SW North of Highway 30 West of I 380 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,599 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,599 Space Type: Office / Medical Parking Spaces (Total): 110 Parking Spaces (Surface): 110 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Special Requirements •· Public Transportation Line access within 00.25 Mile Stop Buffer. •· Comply with the minimum requirements of the American with Disability Act (ADA) and the GSA's ABA Accessibility Standards •· On-site parking (Lessor Controlled) •· Within 1 mile travel distance from amenities (Food, Banking, Shopping) •· Fully Sprinklered •· Offered space must be zoned for agency intended use (medical/office) •· Contiguous space •· No Industrial, or Residential areas will be considered Preferred •· 1 st floor space •· Standalone building or located on a medical/ office campus environment A0dditional Program of Requirements will be included as part of Request for Lease Proposal. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100- year flood plain.
