- This is a project for IDIQ Weeds Treatment and Inventory services for the USDA Forest Service, San Juan National Forest located in Region Two. The resultant contracts will be for noxious weed treatments and inventory services and other related work within the boundaries of the San Juan National Forest in southwest Colorado. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary on the areas specified. All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to ensure services will be performed over the designated treatment areas. This program will consist of multiple awards using an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract vehicle. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around February 5, 2018. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing, to Randal Sadler at randalsadler@fs.fed.us no later than February 23, 2018. All Offerors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) (previously CCR and ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation (to be released on or around February 5, 2018) to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
