This is a Presolicitation NOTICE only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS) has a requirement for Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) services in the Florida Panhandle area, preferably in Pensacola, FL. The contractor shall be able to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies associated with the full range of ADHC Services. The NAICS code is 624120- Services for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities.) (size standard of $11.0 million). Solicitation shall be released full and open and will be released/posted on or about 14 February 2018. Please hold questions until Solicitation VA256-17-Q-1318 has been posted and a full review of the solicitation has been completed by you, potential offerors. All interested offerors will need to respond to the actual solicitation announcement to be considered. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with System Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
