- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of ALL potential vendors, including Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned-Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS code) 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing.) The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin has a need to replace the current ventilator models (Drager Evita XL) because it will be obsolete as product support will be limited for this piece of high-risk equipment. Therefore, we are seeking the Drager Medical Evita Infinity V500. The Zablocki VA Medical Center is the designated facility to treat airborne communicable diseases.IF an outbreak occurs. This unique machine does not spray any material throughout the room when it is shut down; therefore, containing any disease it has encapsulated within it. This salient characteristic cannot be negotiated or its importance denounced. Market research has determined that the Drager Medical Evita Infinity V500 can meet the Government s needs because of the following salient characteristics:.
