Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Grand Junction Delineated Area: North: Broadway/CO-340/Grand Ave to 1 st St to 70 Business Loop to 29 Road to D Road East: 32 Rd/Co141 to CO -50/CO-141 South: CO-141 to Gunnison River West: Gunnison River to Broadway/Co-340/Grand Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,548 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,875.40 Space Type: Office, Storage (1,100 SF) and fenced Wareyard to house 34 government vehicles. Wareyard 10,000 - 13,000 square feet contiguous to building Parking Spaces (Surface): Per local code and/or Government's requirements Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 15 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: •· Office, Storage Space and Wareyard must be contiguous. •· Wareyard must be secured/fenced and contiguous to office and storage space. •· Space must be located on a major or secondary street with ease of access for the public.
