Description: Black Hills Health Care System Environmental Sampling This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Business. The purpose of the Solicitation shall be to provide the Black Hills VA Health Care System Environmental Sampling (ES) according to USP 797 standards. Vendor shall perform annual testing of employees working in the sterile compounding area via fingertip cultures and every 6 month testing of the IV room environment (air and surface monitoring). The electronic solicitation will be announced on or about January 29, 2018. The offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 23. No questions will be accepted prior to the solicitation, this is for notification purposes only.
