MK970 APPENDIX MK970 SOR AMK970 APPENDIX AMK970 SOR Drawing 1069 Drawing 1068 Drawing 1073 Complete Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with, or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336390- Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing; Size Standard 1000 employees applies. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. Delivery: Offeror's Unit Price Quotes for CLINs 0001- 0004 shall include FOB Destination pricing and proposed delivery schedules to- Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia 31704. 2. Kits failing Acceptance due to non-compliance with the Statements of Requirement (SORs) and Drawings shall be immediately returned or picked up by the contractor at their expense. The Kits shall then be corrected and promptly returned. CLIN 0001: First Sample AMK970 (Armored) ENGINE EXHAUST KIT (Qty 1), In accordance with the Product Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Drawings attached. Contractor shall fabricate, package and ship a single kit for verification of SOR compliance. The Contractor shall produce and deliver this single kit (CLIN 0001), then await the Contracting Officer's written Approval / Acceptance before producing any subsequent kits. CLIN 0003 Deliveries will be scheduled from the date of Acceptance of this Sample. CLIN 0002: First Sample AMK970 (Non-Armored) ENGINE EXHAUST KIT (Qty 1), In accordance with the Product Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Drawings attached. Contractor shall fabricate, package and ship a single kit for verification of SOR compliance. The Contractor shall produce and deliver this single kit (CLIN 0002), then await the Contracting Officer's written Approval / Acceptance before producing any subsequent kits. CLIN 0004 Deliveries will be scheduled from the date of Acceptance of this Sample. CLIN 0003: Production Quantity AMK970 (Armored) ENGINE EXHAUST KIT (Qty 76), In accordance with the Product Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Drawings attached. Note: Contractor shall not produce any quantity of this CLIN without receiving First Sample approval from the Contracting Officer. CLIN 0004: Production Quantity AMK970 (Non-Armored) ENGINE EXHAUST KIT (Qty 275), In accordance with the Product Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Drawings attached. Note: Contractor shall not produce any quantity of this CLIN without receiving First Sample approval from the Contracting Officer. The following FAR/DFAR Clauses/Provisions apply: 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Award will be made to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable offer with consideration of each Offeror's past performance history in the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS-SR NG) for FSC 2990.
