- Sources Sought Notice 29 January 2018 MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS FROM: ACC AMIC/PKB 129 Andrews Street, Suite 110 Langley AFB, VA 23665-2788 SUBJECT: Sources Sought for Social Media Analytic Suite •1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This announcement closes 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, 02 Feb 2018. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources to assess market capability to provide the services outlined below. Small Business concerns are highly encouraged to respond to this request in order for the Government to determine if this acquisition should be set aside for small businesses under the auspices of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19; or be full and open competition. T he applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511(Computer Programming Services; analysis) with a size standard of $27.5M. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice. •2. The U. S. Air Force, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC), Langley AFB VA, is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services for a 90-day software subscription and service to provide a Social Media Analytic Suite with capability to provide real-time, actionable intelligence, and end product reporting of Publicly Available Information (PAI) to the requirement owner (Babel X and Babel Street Sentry - or equal). The contractor will potentially need to provide an analytic suite that is capable of: analyzing sentiment, conducting link analysis on findings, using multi-lingual analysis, being geo-enabled, and capable of text-analytics; providing real-time monitoring and real-time analysis on multiple topics; build analytic queries to curate PAI and provide tailored results to the requirement owner. •3. This is not a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a written reply (limited to 3 pages total) outlining their capabilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
