24361818S0001 DRAFT SOO U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Human Resources Solutions (HR Solutions) Marketing and Business Development Services Industry Day Notice 24361818S0001 The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will conduct a pre-solicitation conference (Industry Day) for organizations/entities interested in receiving information regarding a future OPM procurement requirement for Human Resources Solutions (HR Solutions) Marketing and Business Development Services Industry Day requirement Notice 24361818S0001. Location and Event information: OPM's Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB) 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC Conference Room 1350 Wednesday, February 07, 2018 Vendor Check in/Arrival 1:00 pm-1:30 Industry Day Conference 1:30pm to 3:30 pm NAICS Code: 541613 -- Marketing Consulting Services REGISTRATION INFORMATION: All interested parties must pre-register to attend the forum. Walk-ins will not be permitted to attend. Registration is limited to two (2) representatives from each organization or firm. However, if the number of registrants exceeds the capacity of the selected government facility for the forum, it may be necessary to further limit registrants from each organization or firm to just one, in which case the organization will be notified. All expenses associated with attendance at the forum are the responsibility of the participant(s). Only the first 50 organizations or firms responding as instructed will be provided an opportunity to attend. Each attendee must bring a government issued identification containing a photograph to gain access to OPM's facilities. All participants must enter through the TRB E Street visitor entrance. Size of Business: Small Business or ‘Other than Small Business' (non-profit entities are considered ‘other than Small Businesses). All Interested parties from organizations may not be granted access to the Industry Day if names are not submitted by due date. This gives Government time to finalize list in order to (1) submit names to Security, and (2) provide agenda. A draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) is attached to this notice for your review. Questions and/or comments should be submitted no later than 11:30 am Washington DC/Local Time on Friday, February 02, 2018 to OPOTeamCmailbox@opm.gov Subject: HR Solutions SOO Questions /VENDOR NAME. The Government will address questions during the event; however specific questions surrounding the acquisition may not be answered as all details regarding this procurement action have not been finalized.
